Chief Information Officer & Vice President of Innovation

Leo Jose, MBA, is Coriell’s Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Innovation.

As Chief Information Officer, Leo oversees all technology solutions, including emerging technologies, application development, infrastructure, IT security, and compliance. 

As Vice President of Innovation, Leo focuses on the institute's growth by fostering innovation and identifying growth opportunities. Leo is also actively involved in the launch of Coriell’s new life sciences campus in Camden, which will include the NJ Coriell Labs Innovation Center, a New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA)- designated Strategic Innovation Center (SIC).

With over 25 years of experience, Leo has worked with organizations including Fortune 50 companies such as IBM and KPMG, and brings expertise across retail, life sciences, e-commerce, insurance, and banking.

Leo holds a degree in Computer Science Engineering and a Master of Business Administration.
