Fair day! |

8:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. |
Judge check-in. Breakfast will be served. We suggest business casual dress for all judges. |

8:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. |
Instructional session for all judges. You will meet your judging group and together we will review forms and judging criteria, and discuss special awards available to standout students. |

9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. |
Judges will be admitted to the showroom to begin previewing projects. No students will be present during this hour. |

10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. |
Judges conduct 5-10 minute student interviews. |
|
12:00 p.m. - 12:30 p.m. |
Judges convene in their groups to determine standard and special award winners. Lunch will be served during this half hour. |

12:30 p.m. |
Conclusion of Fair. |

2:30 p.m. |
Awards ceremony will be held in the Dennis Flyer Theater located in Lincoln Hall |
