March 2, 2026 | Last day to register as a Judge. |
March 6, 2026 | Judge assignments will be distributed. Judges will also gain access to the student’s Project Preview document. To view the details of that document, click here. |
March 14, 2026 | Fair day! |
8:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. | Judge check-in. Breakfast will be served. We suggest business casual dress for all judges. |
8:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. | Instructional session for all judges. You will meet your judging group and together we will review forms and judging criteria, and discuss special awards available to standout students. |
9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. | Judges will be admitted to the showroom to begin previewing projects. No students will be present during this hour. |
10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. | Judges conduct 5-10 minute student interviews. |
12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. | Judges convene in their groups to determine standard and special award winners. Lunch will be served. Note: Decisions must be submitted by 12:30 p.m. |
2:00 p.m. | Awards ceremony in Walter K. Gordon Theater. |
