Licensing & MTAs

Licensing Agreement for Commercial Institutions:

Required:   All commercial organizations must sign a Licensing Agreement

Licensing fee vs. pass-through fees:  It includes pass-through fees for the respective IP/license-holders; if you already have been granted a stem-cell related license, please let us know as there may be some instances where you may get credit for licenses that you have already obtained.  Each situation will be analyzed on a case by case basis.

Please contact us for additional details.
