How to Order

Researchers may request these CDKL5 deficiency disorder cell lines from the CDKL5 Biorepository through the Coriell Catalog. Materials will be sent after completing an online account and material transfer agreement (MTA). Recipients are asked to cover the costs of shipping and handling.  See here for more information.

The information required for the Statement of Research Intent can be submitted electronically during the checkout process. The Material Transfer Agreement (if not already on file) must be submitted by fax, mail, or e-mail before an order can be reviewed and approved; this form can be downloaded here.
