GENE MAPPING & DOSAGE STUDIES - X CHROMOSOME PCR analysis of DNA from this somatic cell hybrid gave positive results with primers for Xq12, DXS453, Xq13.3, PGK1, and Xq28, G6PD, and gave a negative result with a primer for Xp11.21, ALAS2.
 
GENE MAPPING & DOSAGE STUDIES - CHROMOSOME 6 PCR analysis of DNA from this somatic cell hybrid gave positive results with primers for 6q21-q23.3, D6S292, 6q24-q27, MAS1, and 6q27qter, D6S297, and gave negative results with primers for 6p21.3, TNFA, and 6p25, D6S344.
