GENE MAPPING & DOSAGE STUDIES - CHROMOSOME 1 DNA from this somatic cell hybrid gave a negative result in Southern blot hybridization analysis with a probe for 1p36, PND, and gave a positive result with a probe for 1q32, REN.
 
GENE MAPPING & DOSAGE STUDIES - CHROMOSOME 17 DNA from this somatic cell hybrid gave a negative result in Southern blot hybridization analysis with a probe for 17p13.1, MYH2, and gave a positive result with a probe for 17q21.3q23, MPO. PCR analysis of DNA from this somatic cell hybrid gave positive results with primers for 17q25-qter, D17S784, and 17q, GAS, and gave a negative result with a primer for 17p13.1, TP53.
 
GENE MAPPING & DOSAGE STUDIES - CHROMOSOME 22 DNA from this somatic cell hybrid gave negative results in Southern blot hybridization analyses with probes for 22q13, D22S45, and 22q12.3q13.1, PDGFB.
 
GENE MAPPING & DOSAGE STUDIES - CHROMOSOME 6 DNA from this somatic cell hybrid gave a negative result in Southern blot hybridization analysis with a probe for 6q24q27, ESR.
