HLA58 96 WELL PLATE OF DNA SAMPLES

Description: HLA REFERENCE PANEL - PANEL OF 58 DNA SAMPLES

Aliquot Size: 10 µg each

Brief Description: Selected based on their relevance for testing of the human leukocyte antigen (HLA) loci, the highly-characterized DNA samples in this panel have each been extracted from 58 ethnically diverse cell lines from the NIGMS Human Genetic Cell Repository. These samples were characterized in a collaborative effort involving the CDC Genetic Testing Reference Materials Coordination Program (Get-RM), 3 clinical laboratories, and the NIGMS Repository. Click here to view the sample data generated by the multiple laboratories involved in this project.

The plate contains 10 µg DNA in 50 µl from each of 58 individual cell lines, normalized to a concentration of 200 µg/ml. Click here to view the sample plate locations.
