Human Pangenome Reference Consortium

Coriell is a proud partner of the Human Pangenome Reference Consortium. A major goal of the project is to create a genome reference that is representative of human genetic diversity. Standard metrics for high-quality genome assemblies will be established and over 300 high-quality haplotype resolved human genomes will be produced. A sample repository containing specimens from participants enrolled in the study will also be established. Click on this link to see updates about data production, events and presentations, and publications for the Human Pangenome Project.
