Confirmation Clinical summary/Case history
Species Homo sapiens
Common Name Human
Remarks The donor had a history of dementia and behavioral changes since age 60 years. A CT scan revealed mild central and moderate peripheral cortical atrophy. The skin biopsy was taken ante-mortem from the upper left arm. Culture initiated on 1/20/83 using explants of minced skin. The cell morphology is fibroblast-like and the karyotype is 46,XX; normal diploid female. The legacy karyotype description shown in this Remark may not be representative of the current available product.
