| Remark |
The culture was initiated from explants of minced skin tissue. Cell morphology is fibroblast-like. The culture is a mosaic with karyotype 45,X/ 46,XX; 8%/92% with 10% of the cells examined showing random chromosome loss and 4% showing random chromosomal aberrations. The legacy karyotype description shown in this Remark may not be representative of the current available product. |
