| Remarks |
The donor was diagnosed with a benign lesion (hamartoma). The culture was established on 1/10/80 using explants of minced skin tissue taken from the base of the forearm. The cell morphology is fibroblast-like. The culture is a mosaic with karyotype: 46,XY/46,XY,der(1)t(1;11)(q44;q13)/46,XY,del(6) (p11.2)/46,XY,dup(9q); 84%/8%/4%/4% with 6% of the cells examined showing random chromosome loss/gain and 10% showing random chromosomal aberrations. Culture was frozen at passage 9 and the PDL is unknown. The legacy karyotype description shown in this Remark may not be representative of the current available product. |
