Remarks |
The donor is a probable escapee from Alzheimer's disease. One of donor's parent's siblings and four cousins were affected. The culture was initiated on 9/29/95 by transformation of lymphocytes with Epstein Barr virus. The cells grow in suspension and their morphology is spherical. The culture is a mosaic with karyotype: normal[78]/t(9;14)(p13;q32)[22]; balanced. Donor's affected cousins are AG10956B, AG10984A, AG11001, and AG10987. The legacy karyotype description shown in this Remark may not be representative of the current available product. |
