Remarks |
The donor is 50% at risk for Alzheimer's disease. Donor's deceased mother, maternal grandmother, and maternal great grandfather were affected. A maternal aunt, uncle, and cousin are also affected. The culture was initiated on 11/17/88 by transformation of lymphocytes with Epstein Barr virus. The cells grow in suspension and their morphology is spherical. Donor's at-risk cousins are AG09798 and AG09896. |
