The age of the donor is between 1 and 2 years. The thoracic aorta was removed post-mortem on 7/9/85. A matching lung fibroblast culture from this monkey is AG08316. The culture tested positive for alpha-smooth muscle actin and negative for the endothelial cell-specific von Willebrand factor (immunofluorescence assays). |
