The biopsy site is the mesial aspect of the mid-upper left arm, taken antemortem. The primary culture was initiated from explants of a 2 mm-punch biopsy. The cell morphology is fibroblast-like. The culture is a mosaic with karyotype: 45,X/46,XY; 6%/94%. The donor is the son of AG04064A and the father of AG05838B, AG06962, and AG13003. The legacy karyotype description shown in this Remark may not be representative of the current available product. |
