Borchelt and described in Tebbenkamp et al, 2012), using site-directed mutagenesis and the QuikChange II XL kit (Stratagene) according to the manufacturer's protocol, except that Stbl2' competent cells (Life Technologies) specifically designed for cloning unstable inserts were used |
