| Remarks |
Holstein breed. The skin biopsy was taken 30 minutes post-mortem on 4/25/89 from the thoracic/abdominal area. The culture was initiated using explants of minced skin tissue. Cell morphology is fibroblast-like. The karyotype is 60,XY with 2% of the cells examined showing random chromosome loss. A matching lung fibroblast culture from this calf is AG10467. The legacy karyotype description shown in this Remark may not be representative of the current available product. |
