Remarks The biopsy was taken post-mortem on 8/4/77. The culture was initiated using explants of minced skin tissue. The cell morphology is fibroblastlike. The karyotype is 46,XX with 14% of the cells examined showing random chromosome loss/gain and 6% showing random chromosomal aberrations. A matched lung-derived fibroblast culture from same donor is AG02603. The legacy karyotype description shown in this Remark may not be representative of the current available product.
