Remarks Polyclonal anti-CDKL5 (300-600 mouse) antibody raised in sheep (SA145) and affinity purified against amino acids 300–600 of mouse CDKL5 expressed in bacteria (plasmid DU53361). Aliquots are provided at 0.1mg in PBS. Working concentration for immunoblotting use 0.25 ug/ml. Working concentration for immunoprecipitation use 0.25 ug antibody per 1 mg of cell extract.
