The donor is an unaffected spouse of an Alzheimer's disease affected family member. The culture was initiated on 2/27/85 by transformation of lymphocytes with Epstein Barr virus. The cells grow in suspension and their morphology is spherical. Donor's at-risk children are AG08440 and AG08025 Lymphoblast and AG08578 Fibroblast. |
