Brief Description: This panel contains 2 micrograms of DNA, normalized to a concentration of 100ng/µl, from 70 unique and unrelated Puerto Rican individuals in Puerto Rico. Of these, 35 are males and 35 are females. Cell lines for these individuals were established from blood samples collected from these unrelated individuals and DNA was isolated from the established cell cultures. All of the samples in this panel are the unrelated parents (35 males and 35 females) from mother-father-adult child trios.
