Brief Description: This panel contains 2 micrograms of DNA, normalized to a concentration of 100ng/µl, from 120 Yoruba in Ibadan, Nigeria. These individuals consist of 114 unrelated parents and two complete trios. Of these, 59 are males and 61 are females. Cell lines for these individuals were established from blood samples collected from these individuals and DNA was isolated from the established cell cultures. Samples for these individuals are also available as individual DNA aliquots (50µg of DNA) and as lymphoblastoid cell lines.
