Brief Description: This panel contains 5 micrograms of DNA from 90 unique and unrelated White Non-Hispanic individuals with sporadic primary lateral sclerosis (PLS). These include 43 males and 47 females. In addition, a sample from one White Hispanic female is included. The age of PLS onset ranges from 19 years to 75 years. A more detailed description is also available.
Plate Layout: The specific position on the plates has been optimized to reduce any possible errors in sample identity during the genotyping process.
