Jozef Madzo, PhD

Assistant Professor
Director, Bioinformatics

As a molecular biologist working in the field of epigenetics, my primary research interest is in understanding the mechanisms underlying the regulation of gene expression.

My main focus is employing bioinformatics and computational biology approaches together with statistical methods to discover circuits and new pathways involved in genetic and epigenetic regulation.
