Kevin Kane

Philanthropy Specialist

In his role as Philanthropy Specialist, Kevin Kane oversees all development and philanthropy processes to advance the work of the Coriell Institute for Medical and partners with supporters of Coriell's mission to accelerate medical scientific discovery worldwide.

Prior to joining Coriell, Kevin was senior director of development at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) where he lead the comprehensive Grateful-Patient Philanthropy program supporting the Oncology Department and Center for Childhood Cancer Research (CCCR).  Prior to CHOP, Kevin held several senior level positions at the American Red Cross as National Programs Manager and Chief Development Officer of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Chapter in Philadelphia, PA.  Kevin began his successful non-profit leader career as Director of Development at Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF).

Kevin earned his undergraduate degree in Marketing from the Pennsylvania State University and has secured multiple professional fundraising accreditations including Villanova University, American University and Plus Delta Partners, Inc.
