The Coriell Stem Cell Laboratory offers characterization, differentiation, and expansion of human induced pluripotent stem cell lines as well as mouse embryonic stem cell lines through various repositories at Coriell, including the NINDS Repository, NIGMS Repository, and NIA Repository. In addition, Coriell’s laboratory provides in-house generation of human induced pluripotent stem cells and standardization of methodologies for stem cell characterization.
