Coriell’s protocols have been optimized, validated, and are routinely applied to the analysis of hundreds to thousands of cell lines of various collections curetted by the Coriell Cell Repositories (CCR). Most researchers will find out that their needs are met by adapting one of our standard protocols or a combination of existing procedures.
The Cytogenetics Laboratory will also consider modification of the existing protocols or implementation of any new protocols if necessary to meet the requirements of your research projects or pilot studies.
