The Coriell Institute depends heavily upon the support of many dedicated volunteers, who serve the Institute through their participation in one of several groups or special events. To inquire about a volunteer position, please contact Pauline Javorski at or at 856-757-4830.

  • Golf Classic Volunteers - The annual Coriell Auxiliary Golf Classic, held at Laurel Creek Country Club on Columbus Day, needs volunteers to register golfers, sell sandies and mulligans, serve as hole watchers, and perform various other event related jobs.

  • Science Fair Volunteers - Volunteers are needed to help run the annual Coriell Institute Science Fair. Volunteers may help with registration, overseeing students, ushering, inspecting projects to ensure they meet guidelines or any number of other jobs. In addition to help throughout the year, volunteers are specifically needed on the Friday before the Fair from 11:30 through 8:30 pm and again on Saturday, the day of the Fair, from 7:30 am through 5 pm.

  • Science Fair Judges - Individuals with a masters degree or higher, or equivalent research experience are needed to judge in the annual Coriell Institute Science Fair for 6th - 12th grade students in Burlington, Camden and Gloucester Counties. Breakfast and lunch are provided.
